Feedback no longer ends with the couple. The venue can also learn from guests who experienced its service throughout the event.
Momently for wedding venues
After most weddings, the venue asks the couple for a review. With Momently, it can ask guests too. The couple gets a website, RSVP, QR codes, and a gallery, while the venue collects feedback and directs willing guests to Google.

With Momently
Every wedding is a new chance for reviews.
A problem venues know well
Guests have their own experience of the service, food, and organization, but nobody usually asks them about it. Momently gives the venue a ready way to follow up after the event.
Feedback no longer ends with the couple. The venue can also learn from guests who experienced its service throughout the event.
Guests receive the link while the wedding is still fresh. They do not need an account or have to share contact details.
After the survey, every guest can visit the venue profile and add their own review. One wedding creates many opportunities for new reviews.
How the partnership works
We agree on the pilot scope and contact people. There is no separate system to implement and no annual license to buy.
They launch their website, RSVP, invitations, QR codes, and gallery. On each of these screens, guests are greeted by your venue name and logo.
After the wedding they receive a private link to a short survey. Once submitted, they can continue to Google reviews.
Momently organizes the results, reviews comments, and delivers a clear report ready to discuss with the team.
A survey tailored to your venue
We can change the questions, add areas that matter to your team, or keep the survey to a minimum. We agree on the scope before the event goes live.
Co-branding
Your venue name and logo follow the couple and their guests through the whole wedding: on the couple website, in the invitations, at the QR codes, and in the gallery. It is a subtle but constant brand presence, seen by every guest, without needing full white label or a custom domain.
Where your venue shows up
Momently for Anna and Michael is provided by The Beech House.
Post-event report
After the wedding, the venue sees response count, average rating, most frequently selected strengths, and unique visits to Google. Every event leaves a concrete set of feedback.
The data above only demonstrates the report format. It does not represent results from any venue.
Event packages
Choose 1, 5, or 10 events. We will agree on pricing and support after a short conversation so the package fits your venue calendar.
One wedding to test the response from the couple, guests, and venue team.
Several weddings to test the service in your team’s day-to-day work.
For a venue that wants to make Momently a regular part of its offer.
Guest trust
After the survey, every respondent can visit the venue profile on Google. The link does not depend on the rating, and survey answers are not passed to Google.
Frequently asked questions
Not during the pilot. Momently prepares the event, survey, and report as a managed service. A partner dashboard will only be built once venues confirm they genuinely need it.
We start with co-branding: the venue name and partnership message appear in key places while the product stays under the Momently brand. Full white label can be a separate stage.
No. After the survey, a guest can voluntarily open the venue official link and add an honest Google review. Momently measures only the unique click.
No. The couple chooses what is useful: website and RSVP before the wedding, QR codes and gallery during the event, and the survey afterward.
A clear report with aggregate ratings, the most frequently selected strengths, approved anonymous comments, and unique visits to Google.
Venue pilot
During the pilot, we will measure responses and visits to Google. You will see a real result before deciding on a larger package.
